Graduation project from HFF 1999; Gothenburg, MFA.

I was fascinated by the concept of the life on the beach, and it’s rules and traditions. I gave my friends who were going on holiday disposable plastic cameras and asked them to photograph generic vues of people at the beach, primarily towards the sea. I printed the pictures and found little stories in them, mostly of actions with only one person. These actions became the final pictures; large, grainy images made from small negatives.
